John Wayne Airport (SNA) is the closest, about 15 minutes from the hotel and 35 to 45 minutes from the venue. LAX is the other option, an hour and a quarter or more to the hotel once you are in traffic.

Hyatt Regency Newport Beach

We’ve reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, about forty minutes from the venue. Rooms are held for the nights of Friday, July 16 and Saturday, July 17, with a reduced resort fee and self‑parking.

Shuttle Service

Hotel to venue, both ways

Guests staying at the hotel will have a shuttle out to the venue, and everyone is welcome on the shuttle back at the end of the night. The venue sits up a private canyon road, so we’d love for you to leave the driving to us.

Can I bring a date or plus one?
Your invitation will name everyone included.
Is the venue outdoors?
Yes, all of it. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing are all in the gardens. It will likely be in the mid 80s during the ceremony, cooling to the high 60s by the reception, so bring a layer for the evening. The pathways are cobblestone and brick, so make sure your footwear can handle that.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family.
